We all experience pain and illness at some point in our lives. I believe our physical problems are messages from our subconscious and unconscious bodies trying to communicate with us to bring something to our attention. Something we need to learn. Something we need to accept and learn and grow with.

I hope this arm and shoulder yoga session helps you with any discomfort you maybe experiencing in your body! Just go to where your body feels comfortable. Yoga is not about what you look like in the pose but about connected into your body with your breath, being honest with yourself and improving your posture, strength and flexibility in a safe way.

Please make sure there is no discomfort when performing these exercises. If you are new to yoga I would recommend finding a good yoga teacher and yoga classes in your local area to help improve your practice and to make sure practicing safely.
