This strong ashtanga yoga class will lead you through sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, inversions, backbends, meditation and relaxation. Ashtanga yoga is high in energy and consistency can invoke positive life transformations off the mat, helping you to live a more present in-tune life.
Traditional yoga exercises involving flow routines, holding postures, breathing exercises and meditation. A mixture of dynamic stretching movements and challenging postures. The class involves core work and body weight exercise to develop strength and stability both on the mat and in life. To help calm down the body and mind and come back to yourself. Time for you.
