Opening our chest and upper body up can help us open up emotionally around our hearts!

I hope you enjoy this chest and shoulder opening sequence! Just go to where your body feels comfortable. Yoga is not about what you look like in the pose but about connected into your body with your breath, being honest with yourself and improving your posture, strength and flexibility in a safe way.

Please make sure there is no discomfort when performing these exercises. If you are new to yoga I would recommend finding a good yoga teacher and yoga classes in your local area to help improve your practice and to make sure practicing safely.
